Week 4, Day 2 - Legs and miscount

The last ten days actually start today. On the last week, I'll ask trainer Ed for all the lifting info I could do at home.

BTW, yesterday I ate 3 bowls of ice cream and 4 peanut butter or cheesewhiz sandwiches. I felt really fat and sluggish after that.

Took a while and a lot of starts but I finally dled the 3 Season 2 eps of Angel that I missed.
